By using this application, you indicate that you accept these terms and agree to follow them. The respective School/Institute owns and controls all student-related data shown in this application. NS Entrade & Services is only the service provider (SaaS Platform) and will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered due to use of the services.
▪ All information displayed within this application is provided and managed by the School/Institute. Use of any information is strictly at your own risk. While NS Entrade & Services takes reasonable measures to secure communication and data, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as completely secure. Therefore, although we strive to protect user information, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the application. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any information provided via this application may be subject to disclosure under applicable laws.
▪ We do not share, sell, rent, or trade individual personal information for any promotional purpose. Information submitted is only accessible to authorized employees for communication, support, or system-related services and to contracted service providers strictly for operational purposes.
▪ The application may contain links to third-party websites or services. These external sites may collect personal information independently. NS Entrade & Services is not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, or content of any third-party websites. Users are encouraged to read the privacy policies of external sites when leaving the app.
▪ You must not misuse the application by introducing viruses, trojans, malware, or any harmful technology. You must not attempt unauthorized access to the platform, server, network, or related systems. Attempting to disrupt or perform a denial-of-service attack is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offense. Such actions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. In the event of such misuse, your right to use the application will be terminated immediately. NS Entrade & Services will not be liable for any damage resulting from viruses or technological attacks transmitted through use of the application.
▪ Online fee payments made through this application are processed via the applicable or respective payment gateway integrated. NS Entrade & Services does not store or have access to your card details, UPI PIN, CVV, net banking password, or any other sensitive payment information.
▪ Transaction fees paid for online payments are non-refundable. Any refunds, reversals, or chargebacks are subject to deduction of applicable payment gateway transaction charges. Cancellation or dispute regarding fee payment must be taken up directly with the School/Institute, as the School is the data and payment owner.
▪ In the event of a transaction failure where the amount is deducted but not reflected in the application or school/Institute records, please allow 48 hours for payment reconciliation. Do not attempt another payment for the same fee installment during this period. If still unresolved, contact the School/Institute with proof of payment. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original source of payment. Refund processing timelines depend on the respective payment gateway and banking partner, and may take 7–10 working days to reflect.
▪ Any legal disputes, or matters arising from the use of this application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agartala, Tripura, India, and governed in accordance with the laws of the respective state.
▪ This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Users are requested to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed of updates and changes.
